Labor and Human Resources Division
The Labor and Human Resources Division works to promote the interests of private employers, particularly manufacturers, in government and legislative circles, committees and institutions, and in dealings with the Histadrut Labor Federation.
This Division represents and promotes the manufacturers’ interests in the following areas: labor relations and labor law, labor legislation, pensions, technological education and professional training, professional manpower, and occupational safety and health.
This Division strives to improve the labor and working environment for manufacturers in all matters pertaining to labor relations and human resources management. It also offers legal consulting services regarding labor relations and labor law, human resources, occupational safety and health, and professional training.
