Accessibility Statement

Introduction
The Manufacturers Association of Israel (MAI) places great importance on promoting the rights of people with disabilities and their full integration into society and the labor market. To this end, MAI signed a general collective agreement together with the Histadrut (General Federation of Labor) and other employers' organizations within the Presidency of Business Organizations. This agreement, which was extended by an extension order to the entire economy, is intended to increase employment rates for people with disabilities.

Similarly, MAI recognizes the importance of making its services accessible to people with disabilities and works to ensure adapted and accessible services.

Website Accessibility
The MAI website provides extensive information about its activities, and we attach great importance to ensuring equal access for all.
This website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
Accessibility adjustments were carried out according to Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at level AA and the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
The site was tested for maximum compatibility with Firefox browser.
The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the conventional keyboard navigation pattern using arrow keys, Enter, and Esc for exiting menus and windows.
It is adapted for display in popular browsers and use on mobile phones.
For the best experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest NVDA version.

Accessibility in Offices and Services
Headquarters (Beit HaTaasiya, 29 HaMered St., Tel Aviv, 15th–17th floors):
- Accessible parking in the nearby Ahuzat HaHof parking lot.
- Continuous access route from the parking to the building entrance (including accessible elevators).
- Accessible restrooms on the second floor.
- Identification and directional signage.
- Clear passageways.
- Accessible stair railings with lighting.
- Guide/service animals are allowed.
- Assistance available from building reception (24/7) and MAI reception (floor 17, during business hours).

Northern Branch (18 Baalei Melacha St., Haifa, 2nd floor):
- 2 accessible parking spaces at the building entrance.
- Continuous access route from parking to the building entrance.
- Accessible elevator.
- Accessible restrooms on the second floor.
- Identification and directional signage.
- Clear passageways.
- Accessible stair railings with lighting.
- Guide/service animals are allowed.
- Reception staffed from 7:30–17:30.

Southern Branch (Tiv Omer Building, 6 HaGoren St., Omer Industrial Park, 2nd floor):
- Public accessible parking at the building entrance (maintained by Omer Local Council), plus private parking available.
- Continuous access route from public parking to the building elevator.
- Accessible elevator.
- Accessible restrooms on the first floor.
- Identification and directional signage.
- Clear passageways.
- Accessible stair railings with lighting.
- Guide/service animals are allowed.
- Reception staffed from 7:45–17:30.

Clarification
