Education, Professional Training and Employment Division

The Education, Professional Training and Employment Division promotes and leads a policy to strengthen human capital for industry through programs for professional training & employment and fostering technological education from the young age stages.
At the macro level, the division works to represent the industry on strategic issues related to professional training & employment, boosting partnerships with governmental, academic and philanthropic organizations and enhancing measures for the development of professional workers in industry in the short and long term.
At the micro level, the division activates programs for industrialists, by locating resources and promoting partnerships for professional training & employment of workers, holds employment fairs, conducts human capital & professional training surveys, provides assistance and support tools for absorption of new immigrants (Aliyah) and much more.
