Textile and Fashion Industries Association

The Textile and Fashion Industries association at the MAI is an innovative professional organization that promotes the growth and development of Israel’s textile and fashion industries. The association is home to over 100 member organizations that represent the following sectors: home textiles, military/security textiles, underwear, fashion chain stores, designers, non-woven fabrics, and raw materials.

The association was founded to develop and support the textile and clothing industries and to protect and advance the interests of its members. The association strives to project a positive image of the textile and fashion industries focusing on its innovative and high-quality products made from advanced technology. In doing so, the association helps to promote the strength of the industries potential in competing in international markets. The association further seeks to encourage and facilitate friendly relations between manufacturers to facilitate the strengthening of the cultural attachment to the world of textiles and fashion in Israel. Association members are elected to represent the association in various MAI committees to advocate in favor of the sector’s interests to economic decision makers.

The association is led by a board made up of textile and fashion manufacturers who are members of the association.
